The project involved the creation of a new website and an online web-shop that was fully integrated with the company's ERP system, SAP. Neocrea was chosen for their multilingual communication skills, shorter lead time, and competitive pricing. The project also included a redesign of the company's warehouse with a Kanban system that automated online order processing. The project was successfully completed with the help of a project leader, two full-stack developers, and a designer from Neocrea. The team also provided free training for the company's marketing personnel to manage the new website.
