The firm lacked the necessary in-house resources for such a project, necessitating the engagement of a professional web development company. The platform developed by Neighborsoft.team was primarily used for font formation, portfolio management, and investor reporting. It also included a database and automated many of the firm's internal processes. The platform provided the firm with tools that simplified the onboarding of investors and facilitated the exchange of information. The project, which ran from February to March 2022, involved a team of 10 people from Neighborsoft.team, with a project manager serving as the main point of contact. The engagement was a success, with the firm now able to communicate effectively with its investors and investment managers through the digital platform.
