Cal.com, an open-source scheduling tool company, engaged Neat Studio to develop a two-way sync system for Linear and GitHub tickets. The project was managed by a single full-stack developer from Neat Studio, who was also the CTO. The project was structured around three main user journeys: admins, team members, and public contributors. The result was a successful integration system that met the client's needs.
