Naviteq LTD was hired by WhoDoYou, a digital advertising solutions provider, for a Kubernetes Migration project. The client faced challenges in managing and deploying a large number of microservices due to heavy traffic, which they had initially managed with docker compose. Naviteq, with its thorough understanding of the client's problem, proposed a solution to use Ingress + Kubernetes instead of the client's self-made solution on top of docker compose. A roadmap was developed to ensure the upgrade would not disrupt the client's development process. Naviteq's team, consisting of a team lead and two devops personnel, worked diligently on the project, gaining access to the client's AWS account to build the new infrastructure.
