Native Localization was hired by Roamless, a telecommunications company, to assist in scaling their mobile app and website to new regions and languages. The company needed translations with context for their global eSIM solution, which offers affordable, no-expiry mobile data and calling in over 200 destinations. Native Localization was responsible for the full localization program across 11 languages, including Italian, Turkish, Spanish, French, Chinese, Korean, Russian, German, Dutch, Arabic, and Japanese. They worked across both iOS and Android, translating string files and syncing deliveries to Roamless' release schedule, ensuring localized versions shipped concurrently with the English update. The scope of their involvement also extended to the website, covering the checkout flow, navigation, product and feature pages, banners, pop-ups, and partner pages, as well as email templates, User Stories section, product naming, and content from the content engine. The team at Native Localization performed terminology checks, translation, linguistic QA, and a final review before anything went live. This was an ongoing project that started in January 2023 and runs reliably in the background as Roamless expands.
