NativApps

NativApps was hired by Sykes, a digital marketing and customer service outsourcer, to transform an in-house application into a SaaS platform. The goal was to enhance the design, game mechanics, UX, UI, and graphics of the existing tool. NativApps was selected for their solid approach, project history, and brand recognition. The team composed of a project manager and a UX/UI designer, with plans to bring on frontend and backend programmers. The project involved developing and designing the platform from scratch while maintaining the app’s essence, which included social and gamification components.

In another project, NativApps was engaged by a management consulting firm to design the UI/UX of their application. The goal of the project was to offer a high-quality user experience. The vendor was recommended by a colleague in Toronto. The team included a project manager, a developer, a designer, and a customer service specialist. NativApps successfully created the UI/UX for the new application.

Lastly, NativApps worked with a conservation company to review and improve the architecture of their existing mobile application. The goal was to ensure that every feature in the app had a purpose, with no dead ends. NativApps was chosen due to their professionalism and focus on making a difference in the world. The project began with several meetings to discuss the app and its design, followed by working on the flow of different features. The decision was made to switch from the iOS platform to React Native, which led to the creation of a new design for both iOS and Android devices. The team was composed of a business manager and a project manager, along with several other collaborators.
