NaNLABS

NaNLABS was hired by LI Folders, a software development company, to create a minimum viable product (MVP) of a Chrome Extension. The extension was designed to save and organize LinkedIn posts and comments. The scope of work included building the extension, creating a user interface, designing an observer engine, setting up a development environment, developing a backend system, integrating communication channels, and incorporating Stripe for future payments. The result was a fully functional MVP Chrome Extension that met the client's objectives. The client chose NaNLABS due to their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, cultural fit, and value for cost.

NaNLABS was engaged by PrivacyCode, a privacy solutions provider, to develop their product from scratch and manage ongoing releases. The project involved building a SaaS application on AWS with a JavaScript/Typescript web front end and backend using GraphQL and lambdas written in JavaScript and Python. NaNLABS also utilized several AWS services including Amplify, DynamoDB, and ElasticSearch. The team worked under the direction of PrivacyCode's head of product and R&D. The key deliverables were ongoing product enhancements and releases. The client selected NaNLABS due to their cultural fit, cost-value ratio, and company values alignment.

Delos Insurance Solutions, a tech-driven insurance company, engaged NaNLABS to scale their engineering capacity rapidly. The project's objectives were to support new programs and carrier onboarding, automate commission payouts and regulatory form submissions, and improve release velocity and stability. NaNLABS embedded full-stack engineers into the Delos team to rebuild and stabilize their insurance platform. They automated commission workflows, streamlined regulatory form submissions, improved API performance, and refactored their CI/CD pipelines.
