Nahual IT was hired by Qubik Commerce, an e-commerce solutions provider, to enhance the accessibility of their corporate website and integrate accessibility as a core principle in their e-commerce project framework. The team at Nahual IT conducted an extensive accessibility audit of the website, identifying compliance gaps against WCAG 2.1 standards and implementing prioritized fixes to ensure a more inclusive user experience. They also created a practical framework and checklist for integrating accessibility into design and development workflows. Additionally, Nahual IT collaborated with Qubik's internal communications and UX teams to design an internal campaign promoting accessibility culture within e-commerce projects. The project also included an optional add-on training session for the design, development, and QA teams to maintain the accessibility standards in the future. The client was referred to Nahual IT and chose them for their good value for cost and alignment with company values. The project was completed by a team of 2-5 employees from Nahual IT.
