The company had previously worked with four other development firms, but none of them delivered satisfactory results, causing their business to suffer. The CEO, who worked directly with a developer from N2NAcers, needed a website that was easy to navigate for their main demographic, housewives, who might not be very tech-savvy. The website also needed to highlight their shipping services to the US and Canada and show prices in various currencies depending on the customer's location.
