MXGSOFT PTE LTD was hired by Quantum Academy, an educational institute for SME business owners and their management teams, to develop an in-house ERP system. The goal of the project was to increase the efficiency of the institute's business processes, from lead generation to event organization and financial tracking. MXGSOFT was chosen due to their previous successful collaboration with Quantum Academy and their understanding of the institute's business processes. The project was executed meticulously with in-depth scoping, clarification sessions, and a signed-off User Requirement Specifications document. The system was released in modules for testing and feedback, with training provided for Quantum Academy's admin users.
The ERP system was launched live after a comprehensive testing period in a sandbox environment. The Quantum Academy team was able to provide immediate feedback and report problems via a dedicated WhatsApp group. Once the system was stable, the communication moved to a support ticketing system for ongoing support. The project team consisted of a project manager, project lead, and design engineer from MXGSOFT, and admin users and a project leader from Quantum Academy. The successful completion of this project resulted in a more efficient business process management for Quantum Academy, showcasing MXGSOFT's expertise in ERP development.
