MWDN was hired by the augmented syntactic data company, Fairgen, for data analysis of syntactic data. The VP R&D of Fairgen found MWDN through an online search and a referral, and chose them due to their high ratings, proximity, budget-friendly pricing, great culture fit, good value for cost, and aligned company values. The project was completed by a team of 2-5 MWDN employees who delivered a detailed analysis of the syntactic data, which was the key deliverable.

Carbonatix, an advertising company, sought the services of MWDN for recruitment process outsourcing. The R&D manager of Carbonatix needed help in forming a team in Ukraine. MWDN was referred to them and was chosen for their excellent work with partners. A team of four MWDN members worked on this project, assisting in finding the right personnel for Carbonatix's R&D team. The engagement started in June 2023 and is still ongoing.
