MVP Now Studio was hired by a marketing agency to launch and configure a CRM system. The agency's partner, who was familiar with the founder of MVP Now, was confident in their ability to implement any solution. To commence the project, the team at MVP Now provided instructions on creating a Zoho CRM account. They then had a detailed discussion with the client about the necessary modules and subsequently set them up. They also thoroughly discussed all the stages of the sales process and established a pipeline. Additionally, they completed an integration from Hubspot. The project was executed by the CTO and COO of MVP Now, Andrew and Alisa respectively. The client was highly satisfied with the solution provided by MVP Now Studio.
