Mushket Mobile was contracted by a QA testing company to develop a mobile app for internal time tracking and time reports. The goal was to create a custom solution for QA testers' time tracking that could store information on a server and be accessible on iOS and Android devices. The project was divided into iterations, with each sprint ending with a demonstration. A few functions were postponed to ensure timely delivery and were included in the next version. The QA testing company performed QA testing on the app. The project team included a Project Manager, CTO, and a lead designer. Toplivovbak, an on-demand gas delivery company in Moscow, hired Mushket Mobile to develop an Android application for their clients and drivers.
