MUG

MUG completed a project for a Consumer Goods Business, integrating their CRM platform with a global solution, Salesforce. The goal was to merge two CRM platforms to have a unified consumer view. MUG, being the company's CRM platform supplier, developed and supported this integration. They established interfaces to replicate data between the systems, keeping business requirements in mind. This included the creation of middleware to push consumer and POS data. MUG consultants and managers worked alongside the company's global supplier, Deloitte, and were supported by Retail and BAT IDT managers.

In another project, MUG worked with the British American Tobacco - CHIC Group to set up and enhance their Retail activation and loyalty platform - e-Smoking Club. MUG was chosen for their flexibility in cooperation with previous smaller projects. They set up a Loyalty Platform that connected all available touchpoints - SAP, Transaction System, CRM and was able to properly map consumers, points balance, transactions versus reward redemption. The project also included integration with Selligent Market - marketing automation, introduction, and integration with Salesforce. The MUG team that worked on this project included the Head of Technology and a Senior Project Manager.

MUG also collaborated with an online art marketplace, On Arte Sp z o.o., to create and develop a desktop application. MUG was chosen for their competitive pricing, great culture fit, and referral. The team from MUG, consisting of 2-5 employees, was responsible for designing and developing the client's website and desktop application. This included conducting workshops, building a flow map, creating design, UX design, developing, and testing.
