Moze was contracted by AndreaLatino.com, a consulting company aimed at assisting managers in navigating digital transformation, to redesign and develop their website. The Moze team, consisting of 2-5 employees, was chosen due to their aligned company values. They were responsible for the overall front-end experience, UI, UX, Gated Content, CMS, and various back-end operations. Key deliverables included design thinking workshops, website architecture, and a CMS custom template. Lendo, a loan marketplace, hired Moze to carry out User Research activities to prepare for their service launch in Italy. The Moze team, led by a senior designer, conducted User Research and User Testing activities to optimize the Italian version of Lendo's service. This included understanding the service, business, and main competitors in the Italian market, conducting User Interviews, and testing a prototype of Lendo's new Italian site. Al.ta Cucina, a culinary social network, engaged Moze to enhance the User Experience and design the new User Interface of their web platform. The focus was to improve the experience of using the web application from mobile devices. The project was executed in bi-weekly sprints using an Agile approach, with feedback and goal planning at the end of each sprint.
