Codebase, a reputable tech firm, was contracted by a HR tech company to develop an innovative employee onboarding app. The primary goal was to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees within the system. The app, designed to give users a virtual tour of the office and unlock achievements by visiting rooms, simplified the onboarding process with its step-by-step instructions. It was developed as a Software as a Service (SaaS), making it accessible to multiple companies. Four professionals from Codebase were dedicated to this project, their roles, however, were not specified. The client, who joined the company after Codebase was hired, did not provide detailed feedback on the results or the performance of the app.
