Moustache Republic partnered with HealthPost, an online retailer of natural health products, to revamp their e-commerce operations. The project started in early 2017 with Moustache Republic taking over support for HealthPost's existing Magento implementation. The team then replatformed HealthPost's back-office to a NetSuite solution, integrating their ERP, CRM, and Warehouse Management System (WMS). They also transitioned HealthPost to a new Peoplevox WMS, linking it to their carrier services and integrating it with their existing product information management system and Vend POS. Moustache Republic played a significant role in HealthPost's marketing automation technologies too, moving them from Mailchimp to Bronto, and then from Bronto to Klaviyo, integrating each new solution with the Magento infrastructure. The project is ongoing with another massive task of moving from Magento to BigCommerce, which requires replatforming all of HealthPost's front-facing technologies and integrating their marketing automation system. The total project investment is at least $500,000 so far, with a monthly support investment of around $7,000.
