The team at Motava provided SEO services, interfaced with Yelp and Google for better site exposure, and assisted with budgeting and marketing programs. They initially redesigned the company's existing website before creating a new one and also helped with content creation. The team consisted of at least four people who specialized in print media, web content, and analytics. The client invested about $25,000 a year and began working with Motava in early 2019.

A real estate firm hired Motava to revamp their existing website, making it more user-friendly and informative. Motava added new information and forums for viewers, adjusted the format for compatibility with computers and mobile devices, and solved every problem that arose. They also expanded their SEO services, helping the client reach potential tenants and RVers by finding senior magazines and articles around the country. The client worked with multiple developers, depending on the issue at hand. Their engagement started in January 2005 and continued until the park was sold in 2020.
