Mosano

Mosano worked with a software development company specializing in water utilities. The head of development sought Mosano's expertise for architecture and software refactoring, as well as a technology upgrade. The company chose Mosano for its proximity, culture fit, and aligned values. The Mosano team carried out an analysis of the software architecture and identified bottlenecks. They then established a plan to upgrade the software, starting with containerization and progressing until all functionalities were containerized. The software was also split into several smaller parts, each in a separate container.

In another project, Mosano was hired by proGrow, a data analytics company with a focus on IoT connectivity and industrial operations. The CEO of proGrow sought Mosano's help for performance optimization and infrastructure and cloud optimization. Mosano was chosen due to its high ratings and culture fit. The project involved an initial stage of performance optimization, followed by infrastructure and cloud optimization. The success of the first stage led to the ongoing second phase.

Mosano also collaborated with FibriCheck, a digital health company specializing in remote monitoring of cardiac health. The product owner of FibriCheck hired Mosano to revamp their Physician Dashboard application. Mosano was selected for its competitive pricing, good value for cost, and a referral. The Mosano team rewrote the existing Physician Dashboard web application from PHP to React language. They implemented a new design based on mock-ups, a new navigation system, and a newly designed display of information. The developer was expected to provide a lot of input and best practice experience.
