Morrow was hired by City to Sea, an environmental charity, to introduce new plastic-saving user journeys, rebrand the Refill app, and improve the returnable cup scheme onboarding journeys. The ongoing project involved implementing new user journeys, redesigning the app UI to align with the new organisational brand identity, and incorporating new complex user journeys to accommodate 3rd party borrow and return schemes.
The Centre for Appearance Research (CAR) at UWE Bristol engaged Morrow to develop, test, and publish a self-guided therapeutic mobile app for people with visible differences with appearance concerns.
