The project's main objectives included enhancing productivity, providing operational support, and fulfilling a specific project need. The team from MoonLightStudio, composed of 2-5 employees, was tasked with the professional capturing of high-quality staff photos and individual portraits. The scope of work involved an on-site photography session, setup of lighting and camera equipment, individual headshots and group staff photos, minor styling guidance, and post-processing and retouching of selected images. The deliverables included high-resolution digital images of each staff member, group photos of the full team and departmental clusters, edited portraits with professional retouching, and formatted versions for web, print, and internal directories. These were delivered via a secure cloud link or USB, as per the client's preference. The client found MoonLightStudio through an online search and chose them over others due to their high ratings, proximity, affordable pricing, and great culture fit.
