Monsoon Consulting

Monsoon Consulting partnered with the South Dublin County Council to consolidate their 13 independent microsites into a single, user-friendly website. Utilizing their expertise in Drupal, Monsoon handled custom development, data preparation, systems integration, and testing over the course of a 12-month period. The Council was responsible for most of the visual elements of the site, while Monsoon modified and implemented different modules post-launch. The project was a success, resulting in a more streamlined and scalable website for the Council.

Monsoon Consulting was engaged by an Irish Public Library to develop a separate website that would simplify the user experience. Monsoon took on the role of technical development, custom code building, systems integration and configuration, testing, and training. They also worked extensively on the user interface design and trained the library staff on how to operate the CMS effectively and manage their workflows. They also developed custom reports for county council meetings and an XML feed to digital screens in the branches. The project, which was completed a year and a half ago, was a success and Monsoon continues to provide ongoing maintenance and support to the library.

Monsoon Consulting worked with an insurance provider to develop a new rebrand of their website when their internal web developer left the company. Monsoon’s main responsibilities were functional development and architecture, with the insurance company’s internal team handling the design collateral. The project was completed in October 2014. Monsoon's involvement resulted in the successful launch of the rebranded website, and they also provided training to the client's team. The insurance company was pleased with their decision to choose Monsoon as their technology partner.
