Mono Software worked with Croatian Transmission System Operator to develop a complex, custom internal solution that tracks the performance of the nation's energy grid. The software, written using Microsoft Tools like ASP.NET, C# programming language, Microsoft SQL Server, and Xamarin for mobile app, was designed to detect key operational events, facilitate communication between employees, and ensure efficient problem-solving. The collaboration started in May 2005 and is still ongoing with the software evolving to meet new demands. The client praised Mono Software for their exceptional service, stating that they were the best software company they had worked with.
In another project, Mono Software partnered with a data solution company to develop a contact management system. The system was designed to eliminate duplication of contact information across various systems by creating a single record per contact. Mono Software comprehensively learned the client's Microsoft Exchange structure and two homegrown backend systems, syncing them all to the main contact database. The project, which started in January 2018, is ongoing, and the client expressed satisfaction with the solution provided by Mono Software.
Irish Recruiter, a recruitment agency, engaged Mono Software to develop a talent sourcing platform. The project involved the creation of an initial wireframe and prototype, followed by the development of an enterprise solution. Mono Software also took over the design work, developing UI/UX for the platform which included job portals and application tracking systems. The solution was integrated with systems used by the clients and the company, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive.
