Highlights from Recent Projects
Mono Software partnered with the Croatian Transmission System Operator to develop a custom software solution to track the performance of their energy grid and discover key operational events. Mono Software was involved right from the beginning, developing, testing, and maintaining the solution. The software was built using Microsoft Tools like ASP.NET and the C# programming language, with Microsoft SQL Server as the central database for the web solution and Xamarin for the cross-platform mobile app. The collaboration began in May 2005 and continues to date, with the client investing between $500,000–$600,000 in the project.
In a second project, Mono Software collaborated with a data solution company to develop an application that could serve as a database for a company with hundreds of thousands of contacts duplicated across various mailboxes and backend systems. Mono Software learned the infrastructure of the client's Microsoft Exchange structure and the two homegrown backend systems, syncing them all to the main contact database. The project, which began in January 2018, involved around five developers and a project manager, with the client investing approximately $100,000.
For Irish Recruiter, a recruitment agency, Mono Software was involved in the early scoping and minimum viable product (MVP) process of a recruitment automation product. After the MVP was shown to customers, Mono Software built the proper enterprise solution, including job portals and application tracking systems. The platform was integrated with systems used by both the agency and its customers, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive. The project, which began in January 2015, has seen an investment of $5 million so far.
