In another project, MonkeyTech was hired by a travel technology company to serve as their outsourced R&D department. They took over from an offshore development team, and after a knowledge transfer process, they developed a roadmap for implementing new features. They were tasked with defining and creating the infrastructure of the product, managing backend and data, and building iOS and Android apps. The project involved 6-10 employees from MonkeyTech, who formed a full R&D team to meet all of LivePerson's needs. The selection of MonkeyTech was based on their high ratings, proximity, budget-friendly pricing, great culture fit, and alignment with company values.
