Monk 72 successfully completed a web development and mobile app project for a commercial property management company. The company's website unexpectedly went offline due to their hosting service going out of business. Monk 72 was brought in to not only restore the website but also create a new one, transferring it to GoDaddy. Furthermore, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Monk 72 developed an app that allowed visitors to complete a health questionnaire by scanning a QR code before entering the premises. The company praised the work done by Monk 72, highlighting the effectiveness of the contract tracing app.

Monk 72 was hired by a smart home device startup to design the user experience (UX) of their mobile app and controller. The project involved the creation of wireframes and interaction flows for the mobile app, as well as the visual design for both the mobile app and controller, which included the creation of graphics and colors for the interfaces.
