MOHARA

MOHARA was hired by ICQ Global, a psychological safety company, to create an online assessment platform that was secure and scalable. The platform required different access levels, encryption, and several functionalities. The team at MOHARA, comprised of designers, programmers, engineers, and project managers, was selected due to the CEO's understanding of the company's mission and requirements. The communication throughout the project was frequent and clear, with any changes and challenges addressed immediately.

In another project, MOHARA was approached by a tech solutions company to update their aftercare app, SAM. The app was initially designed and built by another company but required updates, bug fixes, and minor enhancements to align with existing iOS updates and provide a fluid link with the AutoTask API. The team at MOHARA, including an engagement lead, COO, managing engineer, and several other engineers, was chosen for their competence, interest in the project, and understanding of the onboarding process for a brownfield application.

The Better Schools Project, an educational organization, hired MOHARA to develop custom software that allows users to track their maintenance plans and upcoming projects. The platform was designed to send data to the organization's team to suggest different approaches for pending assignments. The team at MOHARA, which included the COO, a senior developer, and a designer, built the database on WordPress and was chosen for their ability to understand the organization's needs and market, and their experience in deploying the type of software needed. The project took place from April 2016 to January 2019.
