Modularity Bulgaria

Modularity Bulgaria was hired by an eLearning solutions provider in Germany to automate the process of data entry for scanned documents from customers. The cumbersome and time-consuming manual process was replaced with an automated one, which significantly improved the processing of documents and overall customer experience. Modularity Bulgaria used AWS and Node for the project, and extended a modern web frontend toolkit. They integrated an automated system for processing scanned documents directly into the application storage using Optical Character Recognition (OCR). They also developed a validation step for these fields based on custom rules defined by the German tax office enforced requirements. Prototypes were developed to validate the business logic for every new change required and automated testing was provided for the functionality that was delivered. In addition, they introduced time-bound reports and an automated invoicing system used with a third-party payment portal. The co-founders of Modularity Bulgaria, who are senior developers, were directly involved in facilitating the development process, along with additional personnel as needed. The client found Modularity Bulgaria through a project bulletin board and chose them due to their deep interest and high engagement in the project.
