Modularity Bulgaria

Modularity Bulgaria was contracted by a German eLearning solutions agency to develop a mobile app aimed at automating the manual data entry of scanned documents from customers. The goal was to streamline the process and enhance the customer experience. Modularity Bulgaria demonstrated a strong commitment to the project, which involved the integration of an automated system for processing scanned documents directly into the application storage using Optical Character Recognition (OCR). They also developed a validation step based on custom rules defined by the German tax office requirements. The co-founders of Modularity Bulgaria, who are senior developers, were directly involved in the project, along with additional personnel as needed.

The project led to the successful development of prototypes to validate the business logic on every new change required, and automated testing for the functionality that was delivered. Modularity Bulgaria also introduced time-bound reports and an automated invoicing system used with a third-party payment portal. The client was satisfied with the high engagement and the best possible results provided by Modularity Bulgaria. The project significantly improved the processing of documents and enhanced the customer experience.
