Highlights from Recent Projects
Modern Tribe worked with St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota on a website redesign project. The project was part of a broader rebranding initiative for the college. Modern Tribe examined every aspect of the existing website, which was built on a WordPress platform with more than 300 subsites. The team developed mock-ups and scoped the necessary effort to design a top-tier online experience. The partnership lasted from January to October 2017.
In a separate project, Modern Tribe collaborated with a law school on a complete redesign of their website, which hadn't been updated for nearly a decade. The website, which supports 40,000 pages, 300 content editors, and over 60 organizations, was overhauled entirely, including the content management system (CMS). Modern Tribe's panel builder technology was utilized to facilitate future changes. The engagement started in September 2014 and ended in August 2015.
Boise State University engaged Modern Tribe for a web development and design project. The university wanted a modern design that reflected its brand and image, was WCAG 2.0 AA compliant, offered design tools for content creators, and had a simple yet sophisticated navigation and search scheme. Modern Tribe delivered an enterprise-level design and development on the WordPress platform that met these specifications. The project began in January and concluded in August 2018, with the company currently in the maintenance period of their contract.
