Modelit collaborated with a large technology company to customize their Salesforce CRM beyond the standard configuration. Modelit served as an external DevOps team, handling customization requests which surpassed the client's internal capabilities. The client praised Modelit's ability to prevent old API integrations from breaking while making changes to Salesforce, and creating new opportunities within the software. Modelit worked directly with the Salesforce program manager and one other team member. The project, which began in January 2019, is ongoing, with Modelit contracted until December 2019.

The Modelit team utilized their expertise in Visualforce, CSS, and HTML to successfully deliver on the project. The owner of the consulting firm worked with one consultant from Modelit, who also had the support of another developer.

Modelit was selected by a mobile telecommunication company for a data extraction project from Salesforce and other systems. They were chosen based on a referral, the owners' profiles on AppExchange & Clutch, and positive customer reviews. Modelit provided a senior Salesforce developer for a full year to integrate with the client's team. The developer was involved in daily meetings, project planning, and releases. Throughout the project, the developer improved integrations and resolved bugs, contributing to the company's successful adoption of the agile methodology.
