Mobix Software Studio

Mobix Software Studio was hired by CITi, a company focused on design and technology, to draft strategic guidelines for the organization. The project commenced with a comprehensive diagnosis of each of CITi's sectors. Mobix then fully immersed themselves in comprehending the company's problems and created a new strategic course for each sector. The strategy was implemented through daily encounters, which led to the design of a new direction for each area, incorporating experimentation, innovation, and technology. The Mobix team was led by their CEO, Thiago, and CTO, João.

Moodar, a mental health startup, engaged Mobix Software Studio to guide their multiplatform mobile app development from early 2018 until late 2019. Mobix was responsible for providing holistic guidance to Moodar's technical decisions and management routine through periodic meetings with the CTO and tech team. The project involved developing an online therapy service with features such as real-time chatting, video and voice streaming, high security end-to-end cryptography protocols, and other content and monitoring tools. The front-end was developed in React and React Native with guidance from Mobix, and the back-end used AWS, Firebase, and MongoDB as main services.

A G-Suite Partner hired Mobix Software Studio for a digital transformation project. The goal was to adapt their process through a digital transformational framework that would fit all business needs into a new product. The process began with the product design team of Mobix, followed by the development phase with the Mobix team. By the end of the project, Mobix assisted in hiring a software team to internalize the whole process. The services provided included product design and full-stack web development. The team composition included product designers and full-stack web developers.
