Mobiweb

Mobiweb was hired by Moomenti, a hotel booking company, to develop native iOS and Android apps. The Moomenti CEO was dissatisfied with the financial management and lack of transparency provided by a previous development company. Mobiweb was selected due to a recommendation from a mutual acquaintance. The project involved a team of ten people, including iOS and Android developers, backend developers, a designer, and project management and QA personnel. The team held several discovery meetings to shape the best possible solution for the client.

GamingReplay, a video game sales company, engaged Mobiweb to create a mobile app to promote customer loyalty, increase traffic, and enable push notifications. The Operational Director of GamingReplay chose Mobiweb based on previous positive experiences with the company. The project involved creating a customer dashboard, enabling webstore purchases through the app, and implementing news communication and product highlighting features. The team comprised three people from GamingReplay and two developers from Mobiweb.

SNAB, a service scheduling platform, hired Mobiweb for the discovery phase of their project, the creation of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), a Figma prototype, and a strategic product pitch. The Marketing Manager of SNAB selected Mobiweb due to their proximity, culture fit, referral, and aligned company values. The project involved interactive workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and detailed user journey mapping. The Mobiweb team, consisting of 2-5 employees, delivered a structured feature breakdown, a comprehensive functional specification, an interactive Figma prototype, and a strategic product pitch.
