Mobiik

Mobiik, a technology solutions company, was hired by Steren, a consumer electronics sales company, to develop an artificial agent. The main objective of engaging Mobiik's services was to improve people's lives through technological and electronic solutions. Mobiik was selected over other service providers due to proximity, affordable cost, and alignment of company values. A team of 2-5 employees was assigned to the project.

The key deliverables of the project by Mobiik included an evaluation of Stgeren’s customer service agent using AI Foundry evaluators in a development environment, utilizing a test dataset of 229 structured questions. This operation led to the execution of 26 different evaluators, categorized as General Purpose Evaluators (2), Text Similarity Evaluators (9), Composite Question-and-Answer Evaluators (5), Agent Evaluators (2), and Safety and Risk Evaluators (8).
