Mobee Dick

Mobee Dick was hired by a dietary supplements manufacturer to conduct usability research for their newly redesigned e-commerce platform. The goal was to improve user experience and increase conversion rates. The firm's project manager and two researchers led the research, which included user recruitment and the creation of a comprehensive report detailing identified bugs and user suggestions. The client, who had previously worked with Mobee Dick, expressed satisfaction with the results and the professionalism of the team.

In another project, Mobee Dick partnered with a software development company, intent, to support the discovery phase of a mobile app focused on women's health. The project also included a series of In-Depth Interviews (IDIs). The senior project manager at intent worked with a UX researcher from Mobee Dick. Due to non-disclosure agreements, specific project details were not provided, but the client was familiar with Mobee Dick from previous projects and chose them through an interview process.

Mobee Dick was also engaged by Katowice Miasto Ogrodów, a civic and social company, for a comprehensive research project to diagnose the cultural sector within the Górnośląsko-Zagłębiowska Metropolis (GZM). The project aimed to assess the cultural potential of the GZM municipalities, analyze participation in cultural activities, and evaluate the overall condition of the cultural sector. Mobee Dick was chosen due to their high ratings, proximity, and cost-effectiveness. The team of 6-10 employees from Mobee Dick successfully delivered the project, meeting the client's expectations.
