Mobee Dick

Mobee Dick was hired by a dietary supplements manufacturer to gather qualitative feedback on their newly redesigned e-commerce platform. The goal was to improve user experience and increase conversion rates. The client, the Product Owner of the e-commerce platform, had previously worked with Mobee Dick on different projects and felt they were the right choice for this task. The team from Mobee Dick, consisting of a Project Manager and two researchers, managed the entire user research process, from recruitment to data analysis. They delivered a comprehensive report with categorized user feedback and bugs identified during the research.

A software development company specializing in IoT projects engaged Mobee Dick to assist in the discovery phase of a mobile application focused on women's health. The Senior Project Manager of the client company worked with a UX researcher from Mobee Dick for a series of In-depth Interviews (IDIs). Due to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), the details of the project cannot be shared. However, Mobee Dick was selected based on their past experience and positive recommendations.

BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., the 6th biggest bank in Poland, employed the services of Mobee Dick to support in creating a mature UX design team within the bank. Mobee Dick, known for their long-term cooperation with Diebold Nixdorf and substantive cooperation with the SWPS University, was deemed the right partner for this task. They worked on several projects including creative workshops, business workshops, concept research, ethnographic research, usability tests, expert design reviews, wireframes, prototypes and graphic designs. They also assisted in creating a Design System. Throughout the collaboration, between 5 and 7 Mobee Dick UX Designers and researchers worked with the bank regularly.
