Mobbiz Solutions

Mobbiz Solutions was hired by AiDisco, an AI search generalist company, to streamline their workflow. The goal was to standardize the processes of auditing, research, and performance monitoring for clients, and to automate their multi-step AI visibility workflow. Furthermore, AiDisco aimed to use their existing AI and marketing tools further without transitioning to a new system, hence made the decision based on a referral and the fit of Mobbiz’s pricing within their budget.

Mobbiz’s task was to manage the processes around their various AI and research tools and systematize the workflow across LLM audits, prompt research, competitor analysis, authority, and citing work, and implementation, as well as performance monitoring. To fulfill this, the team assigned 2-5 employees to this project. Rather than completely revamping the methods and tools AiDisco was already familiar with, Mobbiz instead built a structure around them to manage the steps, rules, and transfers between these stages.

The approach Mobbiz Solutions took to accomplish the project was appreciated by AiDisco as it successfully automated their workflow without any need to alter their existing tools, contrary to shifting the entire process to a generic project management tool. By fortifying the steps, rules, and progressions between them, Mobbiz proved to be an adept fit in managing their varied AI and research tools for their array of clients. This affirmation of Mobbiz’s work is evidence of their competent workmanship in delivering streamlined, budget-friendly solutions.
