Moai Team

Moai Team was hired by 4SERVICE GROUP, an international research company, to develop a platform called Voicer. The platform was designed to help clients gather feedback from users across different channels and work effectively with them. The Moai Team was chosen over two other vendors based on their work experience, project timeline, proposed solutions and budget. The project began with several meetings to discuss the business challenge, followed by the creation of platform layouts in Figma. The project was then implemented in stages, allowing the client to launch the platform with key functionality earlier and add additional functionality later. The project was managed by a project manager from Moai Team, with developers being brought in as needed.

Moai Team was also hired by Djooky, an entertainment company, for web and mobile app development. Djooky needed a streaming platform for up-and-coming artists from over 140 countries. Moai Team was brought on board as an outsourced IT team and developed the website and mobile apps from scratch, ensuring they were user-friendly despite their complex features. The platforms allow users to stream and vote for their favorite songs, and the team collects data on votes, streams, shares, and playlist additions. The team from Moai Team included a backend developer, a frontend developer, a data analyst, three designers, the CTO, and various specialists. The project began in August 2020 and is ongoing, with over $500,000 invested so far.
