The project involved wireframing, design, and implementation of a new, rebranded website built on WordPress, as well as improved integration with Pardot and Salesforce. A team of three from MMD, including a project manager, managing director, and web developer, worked directly on the project.

For a leading UK Call Answering Service, MMD was tasked with optimizing two WordPress websites running on Elementor that were underperforming in core web vitals and speed audits. The Marketing Director of the company selected MMD based on positive recommendations from a trusted supplier. The development work was completed in a staging environment and was fully tested before deployment on MMD's preferred hosting environment. The project was primarily managed by Gregor from the MMD team, who coordinated with other suppliers and stakeholders.
