Highlights from Recent Projects
MLSDev was hired by Zayed, a Saudi Arabian e-commerce company, to develop a user-friendly C2C e-commerce application for iOS devices. The project was initiated with a series of meetings to outline the vision and target customer base, followed by an 8-week discovery phase. The development phase took the most time, ending with the final product. Throughout the process, MLSDev maintained open communication, ensuring the client was kept informed. The team consisted of a Project Manager, a Business Analyst, a Software Architect, a UX/UI designer, an iOS developer, and a QA engineer, with the head of sales and customer relations also maintaining regular contact.
Kure Life, a Kuwait-based healthcare innovation firm, engaged MLSDev to manage their technological operations. MLSDev developed two apps, one for patients and one for doctors, with features such as location mapping, appointment scheduling, and prescription functionalities. They also designed a backend portal for easy appointment access and operational tracking, as well as a user-friendly website for employees and a back-office site for customer service operations. The MLSDev team comprised a project manager, a business analyst, front- and backend developers, a UX developer, an Android developer, and a graphic designer. The project began in March 2020 and is ongoing, with an investment of over $400,000.
An on-demand delivery service based in North Carolina hired MLSDev to develop an MVP for a tablet-specific Android app. The app, designed to run continuously on-site, received push notifications via a third-party service and polled a server for updates. MLSDev also designed the app's UI and translated system requirements into user stories. The goal was a quick-turnaround MVP that could provide customer insight for future development. The project began with a discovery process and moved into active development, with a production-ready app delivered within a month. The team included a graphic designer, software architect, product manager, android developer, and a QA engineer.
