Highlights from Recent Projects
Mixtape Marketing was hired by Silicon Labs, a silicon company based in Austin, to increase brand awareness through a variety of projects. These included video and interactive UX design, as well as community branding. The objective was to position Silicon Labs as a leader in the internet-of-things (IoT) development sector, as well as a desirable workplace and responsible corporate entity. The selection of Mixtape Marketing was based on the longstanding relationship with the co-founder and the company's excellent reputation and portfolio. One of the key projects was the organization of a pinewood derby event, "Days of Thunderboard," aimed at local tech leaders. This event was designed to promote community engagement with one of Silicon Labs' IoT development boards. Mixtape Marketing created distinctive visual elements, an online presence, and giveaway items for the event. The team, led by the co-founder, consisted of experienced designers and art directors who worked closely with Silicon Labs to ensure the success of the event.
