Minimum Inc. was commissioned by Sunland Group, a property developer in Australia, to create an iPad app that would serve as a showcase for the company's portfolio. The app was designed to be a resource for the sales team, implementing new features and updating existing ones. Sunland Group chose to work with Minimum Inc. based on their competitive pricing, excellent service, and strong reputation. The project, which cost between $10,000 and $30,000, is ongoing.

In a collaboration with LipSync, a mobile translation service, Minimum Inc. was tasked with developing a prototype for their app. The project involved the development of numerous features, UX/UI design, server-related issues, and beta testing. The app was initially built for iOS, with plans for an Android version in the future. The project cost varied month by month, with an average cost of $12,000 per month, totaling to $45,000-$50,000 over four months. The prototype was completed at the end of January 2016, and the first version of the app was built afterwards. Minimum Inc. continues to work with LipSync as an outsourced CTO, and plans to build an Android app for them soon.

Archimedes Labs, a tech incubator based in California, enlisted the help of Minimum Inc. to develop a consumer social networking mobile application. The app, called just.me, allows users to share content with people from their address book based on groups they can create, or they can publish on Twitter and Facebook. Minimum Inc. was responsible for the full UI/UX design and coding of the iOS and Android app. The project, which began in 2011 and is ongoing, involved a team of 20 people and cost between $200,000 and $1 million over the course of the multiyear engagement.
