Mindz was contracted by a leading European grocery retailer to develop an automated online engine for consumer contests. The project, which ran from January 2016 to February 2019, involved creating a fully-automated online engine to power all of the contests and lotteries organized by the retailer. Mindz was responsible for the design and development of the concept, wireframes, prototypes, and user experience design. The end product, available for both desktop and mobile devices, was well-received, and the client was pleased with the professionalism and expertise of the three-person team from Mindz.

A high-end Italian design retail showroom hired Mindz to create a custom solution for their retail data entry problem. The project involved the design and development of a POS with an integrated WMS business solution. The Mindz team, composed of four core members, worked in two-week sprints, allowing the client to test the beta version while further development was done in the sandbox. The final product automated data entry, generated live reports, and enabled online checkouts, significantly improving the client's operations.

Mindz was brought on board to redesign a personal website for a chiropractic clinic's main clinician and to build a complex membership website aimed at training chiropractors. After a disappointing experience with a previous developer, Mindz stepped in, recovered the client's funds, and took over the project. The team, led by manager Krzysztof Ptaszek and supported by 2 to 4 programmers, worked closely with the client to plan and execute every aspect of the website. The result was a functional, well-designed website that met the client's needs. The client appreciated Mindz's patience, professionalism, and quick turnaround time once the planning phase was completed.
