Mindz was hired by a high-end Italian design retail showroom to develop a custom data entry platform. The company had found existing systems unsatisfactory, leading to the decision to create a tailored solution. Mindz was chosen due to their cost efficiency and result-oriented approach. The team, consisting of the owner, a Scrum Master, and two senior developers, developed a POS system with integrated WMS business solution. The final product automated data entry, could generate live reports, and enabled online checkouts. The client praised Mindz for their good interaction, though suggested improvement in documentation.

A major grocery retailer in Europe engaged Mindz to develop an automated online engine for consumer contests. The project included concept development, wireframe design, prototyping, and user experience design. The team of three from Mindz, including two managing directors and one solutions architect, worked on the project from January 2016–February 2019. The resulting product was a fully-automated online engine for contests and lotteries, available on both desktop and mobile devices.

A chiropractic clinic specializing in alternative healthcare techniques hired Mindz to redesign a personal website for their main clinician and to build a complex website designed to train chiropractors. The latter included multiple membership tiers, a map with search function, and search capabilities for training videos, articles, and e-books. The clinic chose Mindz after a negative experience with a previous developer. Mindz's manager and several programmers took over the project, spending eight months primarily on planning before swiftly completing the coding work. The client lauded Mindz for their patience and the quality of their work.
