MindTitan was hired by an inspection company that needed AI development assistance due to limited data science resources. The company's VP of Engineering selected MindTitan based on positive industry references and customer feedback. MindTitan analyzed the company's data, proposed ways to execute a successful proof of concept (PoC), and assisted in setting up a pipeline for a smooth demo flow for the project. After the project moved beyond the PoC stage, MindTitan worked with the company on a weekly basis until the company could proceed independently. MindTitan's co-founder and Data Science lead were heavily involved, working tirelessly to ensure successful delivery on the deadline.

AS Eesti Liinirongid (Elron), a government-owned passenger train operator in Estonia, engaged MindTitan to design and develop a chatbot solution. The goals were to automate customer service, improve scalability, enhance customer experience, reduce costs, and gather customer insights. MindTitan was chosen for their expertise, customization approach, strong portfolio, and scalability. They delivered a fully functional chatbot solution tailored to Elron's business requirements, which could handle a wide range of customer inquiries. They also designed an intuitive and user-friendly interface for customers to interact with the chatbot seamlessly. The chatbot was integrated with Elron's CRM system, knowledge base, and other relevant databases. MindTitan deployed the chatbot solution and conducted rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure its effectiveness.
