Mindster was hired by a construction & landscaping company in Dubai to develop a mobile application system to manage and track their truck drivers and their work schedules. The goal was to enhance efficiency and avoid unnecessary truck bookings. A team of seven, including backend developers, app developers, a designer, a QA tester, and a project manager, worked on the project. The result was an application that allowed project managers to book trucks and track their availability, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.

Mindster was also hired by a leading installer and integrator of security, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems in the Middle East to develop a custom mobile application for a Smart locker system for Qatar University. The project required a web application to handle locker booking, assignment, and management and involved integrating with NEDAP locker services.
