Mindster

Mindster developed a mobile application system for a construction and landscaping company based in Dubai. The application was designed to manage and track truck drivers and their work schedules to optimize operations. It allowed for the recording of project managers' login times and their booked schedules to prevent overlapping or unnecessary truck bookings. The project was executed by a seven-member team from Mindster, which included backend developers, app developers, a designer, a QA tester, and a project manager. The successful deployment of the application enhanced the company's operational efficiency.

For the software provider, Friends Indeed, Mindster developed a unique mobile app for home health agencies. The app, hosted on Google Firebase with Google Cloud Functions for the business rules engine, tracks caregiver activities and rewards them based on their task performance. The app also includes gamification features to encourage regular use. The project was managed in 2-week sprints using the agile methodology and was executed by a team of four, including three developers, a tester, and a part-time project manager. The collaboration with Mindster has been commended for the team's expertise in Flutter programming and Firebase database integration.

Tanseeq Technologies, a Dubai-based company, hired Mindster to develop mobile apps and a website for their new business. The requirement was to build the apps on both Android and iOS platforms. The project started with multiple meetings to brief the requirements, followed by design mockups creation by the development team. After finalizing the design, the development began. The project was carried out by one technical manager and four mobile app developers from Mindster. The successful launch of the apps and the website marked the successful completion of the project.
