Highlights from Recent Projects
Mindgrub was hired by GraphicAudio, an audiobook publishing imprint of The Cutting Corporation, to redevelop and maintain their Android and iOS apps. After a careful selection process, Mindgrub was chosen due to their efficient project management skills and geographical proximity. They successfully modernized and enhanced the mobile listening apps by adding features such as Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and improved bookmarking. The team from Mindgrub included a project manager, an account manager, and a development team.
Unisys’ weather business unit, a large systems integrator and management company serving the federal government and international commercial clients, engaged Mindgrub to modernize their outdated website. Mindgrub conducted extensive research on the company and its users, and held internal information sessions to identify the site's purpose. The team then redesigned the UX/UI, bringing the website up to modern aesthetic standards and providing users with new functionalities for tracking and navigation. The project, which started in November 2017 and ended in April 2018, was carried out by a team that included a project manager, a sales manager, and both advanced and junior-level engineers.
B-Line Medical, a software producer for healthcare education, enlisted the services of Mindgrub to develop an iOS app. The goal was to utilize smartphone cameras for video recording during medical training. Mindgrub designed and built the app, ensuring smooth project management and timely delivery. The app, which interfaces with B-Line Medical's existing API, records videos that can later be used to analyze and evaluate medical training. After conducting beta testing and making necessary changes, Mindgrub successfully published the app to the App Store. The project, which ran from July to October 2018, was managed by a team that included a project manager, graphic designer, iOS developer, and QA analyst.
