Mindbox

Mindbox was hired by SCANIA Poland, a transport solutions company, to implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in order to optimize various processes within the company. The project was initiated with a pilot RPA project using a demonstration license offered by UiPath, which showed promising results within three weeks. The implementation of RPA began with the accounting department, where processes such as updating the accounting journal and posting supplier invoices were automated. This resulted in significant time savings as robots replaced human labor for data entry and system updates. Mindbox's team of 2-3 experts were praised for their technical knowledge, business experience, and proactive suggestions for new solutions.

Mindbox was also engaged by an automotive exhaust components manufacturer to implement the US Epicor system in Poland and translate it for Polish and European regulation requirements. The project was initiated when the company established a new site in southern Poland. Mindbox's team, which included a project manager and financial and production consultants, worked alongside the U.S. teams to train their Polish counterparts on the processes and ERP system. The project was successfully completed with the commencement of production and shipping to customers.

Applica, a SaaS company, hired Mindbox for cloud consulting services. The project involved porting Applica across multiple cloud providers. Despite the confidential nature of the project, Mindbox's team of two cloud consultants and a cloud architect were able to successfully complete the project. Applica selected Mindbox from a shortlist of three vendors following an RFQ process.
