Miller Ink was hired by Revolution Foods, a company that prepares and delivers over 1 million healthy meals each week to K12 schools and seniors across California and Nevada. The main objective was to increase awareness about the programs offered and develop a PR and communication strategy for the company. Miller Ink, with a team of 2-5 employees, developed a strategic communications capability that reached target audiences to advance the company’s business goals. They secured feature stories in key local and industry publications, drafted press releases announcing new initiatives, programs, and other salient news, and pitched these releases to targeted reporters and publications. They also provided interview prep and talking points ahead of media appearances and developed spotlight blog posts.

In another project, Miller Ink provided PR services to a software company that specializes in data privacy compliance. The software company needed help to get exposure and be known online, and also needed support to handle press events with character and class. Miller Ink was responsible for securing press coverage on related outlets and placements that were within the company's scope. They secured a placement on Corporate Compliance Insights and also provided guidance on how to handle press interviews and podcast recordings. The engagement started in January 2025 and is ongoing.

Miller Ink was also hired by Cubby Law, an AI-powered platform that acts as a 24/7 law school assistant. The company needed counsel on communications, media and related issues for the client, its leadership, and related entities in their dispute and potential litigation. Miller Ink was contracted to provide strategic communications and consulting services, including drafting statements, communications plans, media backgrounders, internal and external communications, and other documents for the clients. They also oversaw third-party vendors, including investigators, online reputation management experts, and others, as necessary, and provided 24/7 media monitoring.
