Midmire

Midmire, a renowned software company, was recently contracted by CRC Nautica, a nautical training company affiliated with the Brazilian Navy, to develop an app focused on student service and customer relationship management. The main objective was to centralize operations which were previously decentralized across multiple platforms and third-party systems. As a result, the project aimed to replace the use of WhatsApp Business for customer service, a third-party CRM platform for contact management, and a separate system for generating documentation with lead data.

The mobile app development project was entrusted to a single Midmire employee, owing to the company's favorable reviews and competitive pricing. The scope of the project included several key functionalities, most notably class notifications and student statistics for the practical and theoretical training programs offered by CRC Nautica. The app was also designed to automate various processes by using data variables for document and message generation.
