Micumo

Micumo was hired by the largest mobile network operator in Poland to design and implement a comprehensive tool for managing various surveys among their clients. The operator, with over 15 million active SIM cards and 2,600 employees, chose Micumo based on their past experience with the company. The project was carried out by a team from Micumo comprising of a project manager, a designer and three software developers. The results were a set of applications that facilitated the operator in conducting surveys among their customers.

ISEC, a cybersecurity provider company, engaged Micumo to develop a phishing campaign platform tailored to their needs. The decision to hire Micumo was taken owing to the long-term working relationship between the two companies and Micumo's proven expertise in software development. Micumo was responsible for designing and implementing the platform, and they also contributed to the development of a PDF file that was used in the phishing campaigns. The project was executed by three senior software developers, including a lead programmer from Micumo.

Micumo was contracted again by the largest mobile network operator in Poland to create a tool to manage the processes of collecting marketing consents from their clients. Based on their past successful collaborations, the operator decided to entrust Micumo with this responsibility. The project was carried out by a team from Micumo including a project manager, a designer and two software developers. The result was a tool that enabled the operator to create and manage processes of collecting marketing consents, with the ability to fully customize the steps and support various communication channels like SMS and email.
