Meticular

Meticular was hired by IdeaCloud, a sales and marketing platform, to enhance the user interface and user experience of their platform. The project was ongoing and included the design and usability of the platform, as well as the design and user testing of new features. The features designed by Meticular helped IdeaCloud identify and solve user issues that they were previously unaware of. Two members from the Meticular team, James and Gigi, worked on this project and their contributions were highly appreciated by the client.

A digital marketing company contracted Meticular to conduct a UX web audit for a long-standing client's website. Meticular was tasked with reviewing and auditing ten key web pages. They provided a comprehensive audit report that included a user experience breakdown, an audit of each primary page, and creative visual comps of the recommendations. Each recommendation was also accompanied by a rationale, which made it easier for the client to present to their team and web owners. The client found Meticular through a referral and chose them due to their competitive pricing.

Meticular worked with a nonprofit company to create an online engagement tool. The tool was designed to educate residents and gather input. Meticular created an online public engagement website that connected to Qualtrics API. The site presented information and trade-offs about options and gathered public input through a survey-like format. Meticular also provided graphic content, design, user experience, and programming. The client chose Meticular due to their competitive pricing, cultural fit, and good value for cost. The client found Meticular through a referral and worked with 2-5 employees from the Meticular team.
