Methodia worked with Overgas, a natural gas distributor, to develop a corporate information system. The project involved the implementation of a utility system that included CRM, billing, asset management, maintenance, and workflow tools. The utility system is used for all main business processes in the company, including invoice generation and payment collection. A crucial aspect of the implementation was the Asset and Maintenance Management system that managed the gas network and associated facilities. Methodia also created a mobile application integrated with the utility system. The ongoing project, which started in May 2013, has so far cost Overgas approximately $1.7 million.

For Dyce Energy, a UK energy supplier, Methodia developed a billing system that converted units from energy meters into kilowatt-hours for customer billing. The company built a billing platform that holds all customer data centrally, allowing customers to create accounts, view their latest bills and usage, submit meter readings, and manage their energy costs online. Methodia also developed a customer app for iOS and Android, created industry data ports, and built a back-office interface for Dyce Energy. The company also developed a simplified customer service tool for the customer support team and is set to start work on a partner portal.

Methodia was contracted by a gas and power company to develop a customer web portal. The portal, which offers self-service functionality to energy consumers, allows customers to view bills, see their account status, and raise queries. The solution, tailored to the client's needs, was an off-the-shelf solution. Methodia staffed a minimum of 5-6 people for the project, which ran from October 2019 to August 2020.
