Metal Toad was hired by Sun City West, an active adult golf retirement community, to improve and streamline their IT systems pertaining to membership services. The firm was tasked to review all departmental processes, identify system deficiencies, recommend training and organizational changes, and suggest improvements in communication patterns. The result was a significant enhancement in both external and internal ease of service. The team, led by account executive Jonathon Mills and product manager Dave Bellous, was praised for their thorough and professional approach.

In their partnership with Wheel of Fortune, a subsidiary of Sony Pictures Entertainment, Metal Toad managed a crucial website upgrade and ongoing maintenance. This included managing a Salesforce integration, handling high-traffic periods, and migrating data to the Acquia CMS. The team of 7-10 people, including product and project managers as well as CloudOps, QA, and development teammates, was lauded for their ability to handle the high-pressure environment and deliver results that met the client's expectations.

The digital marketing platform GeniusVets contracted Metal Toad for custom software development. The project included the creation of a platform tailored for the US market, which involved implementing Amazon AI and ML frameworks. The partnership, which began in November 2021, is ongoing, with continued improvements being made to the product. The work of the Metal Toad team, spearheaded by an account executive, engineer, and the founder, has been recognized for its innovation and attention to detail.
